WORSHIP SERVICES

The times of our worship services are as follows:

8:30 a.m            Morning Service
8:30 a.m            Connect 20/20 (Youth Service) and Promiseland
6:30 p.m.           Evening Service

A MOTHER’S ROOM facility, with a CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) and sound, is available at all services.

COMMUNION SERVICES

These are usually held at all three services on the first Sunday of each month.  Various formats of the Communion service are used.  We invite EVERYONE who wishes to share in the Communion Service to do so as the Lord’s Table is open to everyone. Children are welcome to receive the sacrament, especially when accompanied by their parents.

The next Communion services will be

5 FEBRUARY 2012 at 7 am,  8.30 am and  6.30 pm.

BAPTISMAL SERVICE

A Baptismal service is normally held once a quarter, at the 10:00 a.m. service, on a date arranged by the minister and advertised on the Preaching Plan and in the Weekly Church Bulletin.  Parents need to contact the Minister in advance.

    The next Baptism service is on 19 February 2012. 

HEALING AND PRAYER

Opportunities for healing and prayer are arranged at worship services. There is a prayer hour each Tuesday from 5 p.m. in the church. Anyone with any prayer needs is welcome to come along during this hour and members of our prayer / healing team will be available to pray with them.

SPECIAL SERVICES

A Celebration Service is usually held twice a year, a Circuit Service once a year and other special services are planned throughout the year.

Confirmation: Our confirmation course will start after the Easter holidays in 2012 and run through to September.

The "Making Disciples" course is followed, involving one-on-one mentoring of each confirmee by  mature members of the congregation. This builds mentor / confirmee relationships and enables individual growth of both the confirmee and mentor.
